Our goal as a company

We founded “Recruiting Minds” from our own experience and the sole objective to offer a very much needed service to provide advice, totally free, as well as to help you to improve your level of language while you receive English classes for the first sitting of on IELTS exam for free (International English Language Testing System). Making use of the resources that we offer you and your effort and dedication to achieve your goals, we can guarantee you a veterinarian job at a Veterinary Practice/Clinic within the UK.

UK Experience

We are a company created by and for veterinarians. We have had the same questions and concerns, which surely many of you will have as well prior to making such an important decision, as to whether or not to go to live and work in the UK. Due to our experience of living in the UK we totally empathise with you. We are here to provide that tranquillity and reassurance through our advice at each step of the process, at the same time keeping you updated on developments regarding your placement. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
You do, however, need to be conscious of the effort required of you as nothing worth achieving is achieved easily. However, once you have overcome this hurdle, the experience of working in the UK and all future opportunities this can present will have no comparison. Plus your English will improve immensely!

We are veterinarians

We are currently practising Veterinary Surgeons in the United Kingdom, and this provides us with the skills and security to guide you through the process of securing a job and to avoid or handle possible mistakes in the best way possible.

Honesty

This project was born with honesty, very much needed on interpersonal relationships, where absolute sincerity will highlight the positive aspects while not hiding the ones that we feel could improve or are not so negative. Each of us would have liked to have these references to help us on our personal way through to today.

Orientation

We’ll guide you through the entire process, from the start of the English classes, with the veterinarian collegiate paperwork to finding the working opportunity that best suits your needs and expectations.

Advice

We’ll be available to respond or clarify any questions or situations you may have, and should we not have the response we will do our very best to find out for you and gather the information needed, then provide you with personal and individual service (as we understand that each case is unique). Our “project’s vocation” is designated to be formed by groups which will allow you to share your experiences and feeling with other profession peers on the same situation.

English Academy and IELTs exam

We offer a total of 50h of English classes, completely free, which are delivered twice a week in sessions of 2h each for students with B2 level or above. The minimum expected to pass the IELTS exam is a mark of 6.5 average. This free service also includes the first sitting of the IELTS exam. (Any successive sitting will have to be paid for by the student.)

The free English classes will help those who have limited funds or other constraints. We want to smooth the way for you, to help guide you through the process and any possible obstacles that you may encounter.
