As it is known, Britain has experienced a shortage of veterinary workforce, especially after Brexit, there is a high demand for vets but a low offer of qualified professionals.
As a consequence, the Veterinary Clinics face instability by not being able to meet the demand, leaving unsatisfied clients and therefore they fear the stagnation of their businesses.
IN SPAIN
On the other hand, Spain faces a high supply of veterinary labor but every day it is known that working conditions in this country are bad.
The result: frustrated young professionals with low incomes and feeling unappreciated by their employers and clients.
HOW WE BUILD THE BRIDGE?
We work preparing the candidate to be ready to achieve the English level required by the RCVS. Once the candidate reaches the required English level and is ready to join the RCVS, we pass to the candidate all the job offers of the vet companies that we “collaborate with.
The reason we work like this is to assure companies that the candidate is ready with the necessary requirements to join.
RCVS and therefore, the waiting time until the candidate starts working will be less once we send the candidate’s CV to the vet company.
We don’t like the idea of sending the companies that we collaborate with candidates CVs that are not ready to join the
RCVS, this is because we wouldn’t be able to tell if the candidate would pass the required English exam, with the required mark, to join the RCVS.
